Plaintiff, a medical professional, was injured when she slipped and fell on a recently mopped floor at the defendants premises. Plaintiff argued that the defendants failed to place signs to warn that the floor had been mopped and defendants claimed that they were not at fault. Plaintiff sustained injuries to her wrist, knee and neck, all of which required surgery. HKD partners Jonathan Damashek and Jordan Hecht recovered $2,850,000.00 out of a total of $3,000,000 in coverage for our client.
