$835,000 – Motor Vehicle Accident – Back Injury

Plaintiff, a 45-year-old man, was an operator of motor vehicle traveling through an intersection controlled by a traffic light when he was struck another vehicle. Plaintiff sustained an injury to his back and eventually underwent surgery. Defendant argued plaintiff’s injuries were pre-existing and unrelated to this accident.
