$750,000 – Multiple Plaintiffs – Negligent Crowd Control – Fractures

Hecht Kleeger & Damashek, P.C., represented two plaintiffs who were injured while attending a free concert ticket give-a-way. The defendants failed to provide adequate crowd control causing the plaintiffs to be pushed into the street where they were struck by an oncoming vehicle. Each plaintiff sustained fractures requiring surgery. Plaintiff sued the radio station that sponsored the event for negligence. The case resolved at mediation for $750,000.00.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
