Daniel Brocco

Daniel has 6 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, managing cases from inception through resolution. His work includes legal writing, case development, and supporting litigation strategy across a wide range of injury matters, including car accidents, truck accidents, pedestrian accidents, and construction-related injuries. He is admitted to practice in New York State and the Southern District of New York.

He earned his J.D. from Hofstra Law School in 2020 and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Carolina in 2017. Daniel’s academic background and early legal experience reflect a strong foundation in research, writing, and analytical thinking, all of which inform his approach to building effective cases for injured clients.

Daniel was drawn to the legal field by a desire to apply problem-solving and legal writing skills to directly help people. He finds the most rewarding aspect of his work to be assisting injured clients through difficult times and helping them understand their rights and options throughout the legal process. He stays current in the evolving field of personal injury law by engaging with colleagues and reviewing legal journals to ensure his advocacy remains informed and effective.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, which he credits as an important source of balance and support.
