$25,000,000 — Hazardous Chemical Exposure

HKD represented a group of clients who were exposed to hazardous chemicals used in landscaping who became ill with various forms of cancer. The case was litigated against one of the largest companies in the world and HKD was successful in obtaining a global settlement for our clients of $25,000,000.00.
