$1,500,000 – Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, a 55-year-old woman, was injured when the vehicle in which she was a passenger crashed into another car. The plaintiff sustained Traumatic Brain Injury and a neck injury that required multiple injections and procedures. The case was settled by HKD partner Jordan Hecht for $1,500,000.
