A 38-year-old construction worker was injured when the concrete panel he was standing on collapsed, causing him to fall 15 feet. He landed on his ankle and was taken to a local hospital. He underwent multiple ankle surgeries and was unable to return to work. HKD convinced the Court that the defendants were 100% responsible for the incident. The case was settled before trial by HKD partner Jordan Hecht for $3,750,000
