$775,000 – Construction Worker – Labor Law – Fractured Wrist

Plaintiff, a construction worker, was injured when he fell from an unsecured A-Frame ladder. Plaintiff sustained a fractured wrist requiring two (2) surgeries. Plaintiff commenced an action against the building owner pursuant to Labor Law § 240. Plaintiff was granted summary judgment on the issues of liability. The case settled at mediation for $775,000.00.
