$2,300,000 – Elevator Accident

Plaintiff was a 32-year woman exiting an elevator in an apartment building in the Bronx, when she was caused to trip and fall due to a severe misleveling. Plaintiff suffered a neck injury that required a spinal fusion. HKD partner, Jordan Hecht, recovered $2,300,000.00 for the client.
