$1,500,000 – Construction Worker Injured By Drunk Driver

Plaintiff, a member of Teamsters Local 282, was injured when his vehicle was struck by a drunk driver. As a result of the accident, he suffered a herniated disk in his neck which required surgery. Plaintiff also suffered a left shoulder injury which required arthroscopic surgery. The case was tried by Hecht Kleeger & Damashek, P.C., partner, Jordan Hecht. After a month-long trial, the parties agreed to a $1,500,000.00 settlement.
