$1,175,000 – Teamster – Motor Vehicle / Construction Accident – Spinal Injuries

Plaintiff, a 41-year-old truck driver, was injured when his boom-truck was struck by a speeding car. Plaintiff sustained injuries to his lower back and right shoulder. Plaintiff underwent a lumbar spinal fusion surgery and right shoulder arthroscopic surgery. Defendants argued that plaintiff caused the accident by failing to yield to oncoming traffic. The case was settled by Hecht Kleeger & Damashek, P.C., partner, Jordan Hecht for $1,175,000.00 out of a possible $1,200,000.00 in available coverage.
